The Geekvape B Series Coils (formerly known as the Aegis Boost / G.Boost coils) are highly versatile, plug-and-play mesh coils. Because they range from 0.15Ω up to 1.2Ω, they can handle anything from massive sub-ohm clouds (DTL) to tight nicotine salts (MTL) depending on the resistance you choose.

1. Resistance & Wattage Guide

Choose your resistance based on your preferred style of vaping and e-liquid type:

Direct-to-Lung (DTL) / Big Clouds

Best with High-VG (70/30) freebase e-liquids.

  • 0.15Ω Boost: 60W – 75W (Highest vapor production; note: check your device's max wattage capability)

  • 0.2Ω Boost: 50W – 58W (Great balance of heavy vapor and crisp flavor)

  • 0.3Ω Boost: 30W – 38W (Smooth, mid-range DTL flavor)

Restricted DTL (RDL) / All-Rounder

Works well with 50/50 or 70/30 e-liquids.

  • 0.4Ω Boost: 25W – 35W (A highly popular middle ground for moderate clouds)

  • 0.6Ω Boost: 15W – 25W (The most versatile coil; great for regular freebase juice or lower-strength nic salts)

Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) / Cigarette-like Draw

Best with Nicotine Salts (50/50 mix).

  • 0.8Ω: 12W – 16W (Smooth, loose mouth-to-lung draw)

  • 1.2Ω: 8W – 12W (The tightest draw; excellent for high-mg nic salts and saving battery life)

⚠️ Note: If your device uses the larger Z Series (Zeus) coils or the heavy-duty P Series coils, the B Series coils will not fit. Double-check your specific pod or tank name before purchasing.

Quick Tips for Best Lifespan

  1. Prime the Coil: Before inserting a fresh coil, drop 3–5 drops of e-liquid directly into the center chimney and onto the exposed cotton on the sides.

  2. Let it Sit: Once installed and the pod/tank is filled, wait 5 minutes before firing it to prevent accidental dry burns.

  3. Stay in the Range: Do not push the wattage higher than the recommended limits engraved on the side of the metal coil housing.
